Wasted $1000.

Got to the concert and the theater was fantastic seats center stage 3 rows from the pit Mr Urban did a great warm up and he was perfect. His warmup included something about standing up during the show, It's a concert nothing unusual. A couple of songs in to the experience two women in front of us stood. THEY NEVER SAT DOWN AGAIN !!! I asked asked nicely for them to sit to no avail. The seats to either side were empty so I asked them to select their seats and stand or dance in 2 spaces only so my wife could enjoy the or at least see Mr. Urban, again pointless! Please keep in mind they were the only ones in our area doing this non stop TRUELY! My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary this was supposed to be a special occasion. We ended up leaving early whatever it was was a disaster, not an experience. My wife and I are 70 had if the audience was all standing we would have also. I understand this wont be posted, and nobody will even respond. Wierd situation customer service dosen't exist anymore sending emails asking for honest feedback is totally a waste of time for Ticketmaster to say "we care"

High energy performance

Keith Urban gave a high energy performance that was well-paced and lots of fun to watch. We were in the front center first row behind the media center. The only comment we have is that his sound mix crew let the drums and background music overpower Keith’s vocals when the full band played. (We had just enjoyed an Eagles concert in San Jose where the sound mix was superior and the vocals were the center of the performance so we know that it is possible to do it well.). Keith has amazing vocal performances and it was a shame that his sound crew doesn’t let the audience enjoy that more!
